Upcoming systems
We are currently working on two new systems: JOB MAPPING A system where it is possible to easily grade Job Roles within and between job families/functions. The tool is intended for organisations currently does not have a job evaluation structure or would like to simplify the job grading process and enabling HR to be self sufficient in regards of grading. GOALS & PERFORMANCE A system for managing goals and performance, where it should be possible to link the goals to deliveries in the daily work through cases/tasks. The goals can also be linked to the company's/unit's long-term goals.
