JOB MAPPING
A system where it is possible to easily grade Job Roles within and between job families/functions. The tool is intended for organisations currently does not have a job evaluation structure or would like to simplify the job grading process and enabling HR to be self sufficient in regards of grading.
The system can also act as a catalog and master for Job Roles, where the these can be described with work tasks, accountablity and competency requirements.
Furthermore, the system can be used to manage employee competencies and also compare these against the requirements of the Job Role the employee holds. The system can advantageously handle deviations in licenses and other mandatory competencies.
