Job mapping YW24 is an IT system for: 

  • HR to easily carry out Job evaluations to determine which jobs are similar, which is required to carry out the Pay survey and comply with the Pay Transparency Directive. 

  • HR can establish and maintain a Job catalog, where jobs can be divided into job families (and sub-families), be assigned competency requirements and overall profile requirements and description. It is possible to give managers and employees access to the job catalog to search and understand job requirement and use it to see career paths. 

  • HR can assign a job to an employee in the system and it is possible to see the competency requirements that the employee should meet, and it is also possible to set the competencies that the

Simple mapping of job roles to set Job grade

Job Evaluation

Map the job role in a matrix where comparison is made with other job roles in the organization. Job roles can be separated by job family, job sub-family, job profile and manager level.

Job evaluations are required to carry out the Pay survey and to comply with the Pay Transparency Directive, both of which require the identification of jobs that are considered similar.

Possible to link job evaluation to any external “systems” (e.g. Mercer, Korn-ferry) or create your own.

Create and maintain a complete job catalog including competencies

Job Catalog

Allows to hold all jobs within the organization with descriptions, profile and competency requirements incl. licenses and courses. It is possible to give managers and employees access to the job catalog for understanding the requirements of their own and employees' jobs, and be able to see career paths and what is required to achieve these.

ASSIGNMENT OF JOB ROLE TO EMPLOYEES

Maintain a list of all employees and which job role they are assigned to

Role Assignment

Assign all employees to a job role, and see the competency requirements for the employee, and enter the employee's competencies incl. level and see any discrepancies that need to be addressed. It is also possible to manage license requirements and courses required for a particular Job role and the system helps to see if the employee has the required licenses and if these need to be renewed.
